Mercury shortlisted producer, mix engineer and musician. My career started with Lanterns On The Lake, the guitar player, but also acting as the band’s in house producer and mixer, mostly by default (nobody else wanted to do it). Entirely self taught, I engineered, produced and mixed the first three albums, ‘Gracious Tide, Take Me Home’ (2011), ‘Until The Colours Run’ (2013) and ‘Beings’ (2015). All three were well received, and critical acclaim followed, which I must admit was a very nice surprise, being self taught you can imagine the inner turmoil of presenting your homework as an actual finished record, but they worked out well.

in 2016 I started to produce and mix for other artists and labels. I loved it, and still do. Mixing became my thing - I love to create detailed and emotionally rich mixes, full of dynamics and layered textures, but always staying true to the artists vision, it’s your record not mine.
